History:
Traveling throughout the various cities and towns in lower New York, you will be certain to come upon a historical marker sign giving information
about settlers dating back to the late 1700's. The settlers congregated along the Hudson River and the Delaware River at the border of NY and PA.

The suburbs of New York Metro area
Yes, this is what the Hudson Valley region has become. Ninety percent of my clients are from Long Island, New York boroughs and Central Jersey.
Most all of them are in search of an affordable and more pleasant environment to live. During the week, most of them still retain their jobs
in the City bearing a one to two hour commute.
Aside California, New York State is a top producer of milk and the Hudson Valley contributes greatly to this claim. Driving through this region,
you will also notice the many apple orchards which supply apples to most of the United States.
Due to the nature of my Home Inspection business, I have passed through every town listed below. I had never thought of taking pictures and
